Streetlight Images Studio

We stopped by to see how the construction is going at the new Streetlight Images Studio and snap a few before pics. Fingers crossed that all falls into place so we can have studio sessions available before the end of the month. The DIY fairy is burning the candle on both ends to automagically transform this space into the photography studio of dreams. Our grand opening is set for March and we will be updating the image blog as construction continues. Right now the wall is open to the other side where the super awesome wedding DJ, Jack Crawford with Music Now, will be setting up shop. Behind us we are pleased to have Jesse & Suzy of Jesse Gabriel Photography. Just a few doors down is the oh so delicious Bruno’s BBQ, a Scotts Valley favorite, and home of the original California BBQ, ummmm. Lunch √ and back again to our Studio where we have some painting to be done. There is some remnant art work adorning the walls from the previous Artisans that lived here. I’ve gotta admit, I’m going to miss the “Obey The Kitty” sign painted on the wall. However, what I am most excited about is the natural light that pours through the windows in the afternoon.

We are also lucky enough to have a huge colorful mural, painted by the entire community, right outside out front window. I am so looking forward to shooting in this space. Stay tuned for progress! Kitty Out 🙂
